The Compose toolbar is one tidy line — media on the left, AI help on the right

The tool row under the compose editor used to let the media button drift toward the middle of the line, and Bulk sat as a full peer tab next to Single note. The row is now pinned to one line: the media button owns the left edge, and "Edit with AI" plus "Need an idea?" sit together as a group at the right. Bulk moves out of the tab row entirely — it's now a quiet, muted link beside View drafts in the card header (with a tooltip explaining what it does), leaving Single note as the only primary tab.

• On desktop the three controls always fit a single line; wrapping remains only as a narrow-screen fallback.
• Bulk is still exactly where it was functionally — spreadsheets in, many drafted notes out — just quieter about it.
• Panels still open beneath their toggles: the AI drawer under Edit with AI, the prompt card under Need an idea?.
