Attaching media to a note used to mean two buttons — "Add image" and "Add video" — that took turns disabling each other depending on what was already attached. There is a single button now: one click opens one picker that accepts images and video, and each file you pick is routed to the right upload path on its own. The same single button now lives in the requeue editor too, where the two-button pair used to be duplicated.
