Agent capabilities

Everything a credentialed agent can do: 91 capabilities across two surfaces — MCP tools (connect an AI agent with an MCP token from Settings) and the public REST API (bearer key from Settings → API keys). Every call re-checks permissions live against the caller's role and account settings.

Machine-readable versions: GET /api/capabilities (JSON) · /llms.txt (agent-readable catalog).

read tier

Can view data. Any org member including viewers -- equivalent of the viewer role's read access.

draft tier

Can create and edit content short of making it go live.

publish tier

Can put something into the real publish queue. Surfaces gate each call behind their own live permission checks.

admin tier

Organization administration. No capabilities registered at this tier yet.

The remaining in-app API routes are session/UI plumbing or credential administration — deliberately not agent-callable capabilities (386 routes accounted for in the registry's drift-lock map). Publishing over MCP additionally requires the account owner to enable "Allow publishing" for MCP in Settings; unapproved drafts never publish.
